Dolls

From simple farm toys to complex works of art, dolls have always held an important place in Japanese culture. Many of the finest Japanese dolls were made for display, and were never intended to be used as toys. Dolls are often given as gifts in Japan, and are admired by children and adults alike.

Figurative Items

In addition to dolls, Kiku carries many figurative items, such as antique statues of waving cats (manneki neko) and carved mythological characters and gods of good fortune.
